The room was outstanding and nice with a large bed. Satellite television, climate control, and an individual safe were appreciated. the hotel offers comfortable and well-equipped rooms.

While I was checking in, a couple came down from the elevator suddendly the receptionist scream "Sir you owe me 10 dirhams for water bottles". The guest replied "can you charge it in my room?!! No comments

The hotel staff were great! The room was excellent and very clean! Every time I come to Abu Dhabi my first choice is always Pheonix PLaza Hotel! Great location, great price what else can you ask for.

The hotel is ideal and fairly clean with a nice design. the location is very central. - You could walk to a market and convenience stores. - Every time in Abu Dhabi we stay in this venue.

It is clean, and their service is fast, if you request something you get it right away.

Parking parking parking!!! We were surprised that the hotel did not have its own parking area for its guests! We always had to wait to find an empty spot to park our car, in addition to paying for the parking. I think an action should be taken..

Location: the hotel was right by the exhibition centre and the nightlife/beach and wahda mall and bus station and north african cuisine offers a large choice. Lucky that it was relatively near Ketchup & Mustard, offering food to go.

Although everything was awesome, some of the staff were not very friendly.

The stay at this place was amazing, with a lovely room featuring spacious and comfy beds, and the staff being friendly and polite.

I stayed at Phoenix because of the great reviews and the price. I was not disappointed. The room is beautiful, clean, modern, and has everything you need. The room service menu is limited, i decided to walk to the mall, which is 10 min walk away. The reception was great, esp the front desk manager. I had to wait about 10 mins or so for the room to be ready upon check in, but thats no big deal. I will def stay there again, esp if i get the cheap rate that i got last weekend.

Room serviceses very late.only have sandwich such food.if I listenin music little high volume, some hotel personal caming and giving warning.in coridore everybody can listen every room voice.this is very bad....

The rooms were reasonably large and had kitchenettes, which was very convenient. the staff was excellent and the location was perfect, with a market and convenience stores nearby. the hotel is just a 10-15 minute walk from Dalma Museum.

kind ,helpful,cool and friendly staff.the room was spacious,clean and efficient.in a walking distance you have everything:pharmacy,supermarket,mall,restaurants,etc. better abu dhabi then dubai,cleaner,people are polite and deliver a better service.

the rooms are not soundproof.cigarettes smoke smell comes from the hallway and other rooms, under the door

This place is very comfortable and conveniently located close to Al Wahda Mall, in a great spot near nightlife, the beach, the city center, and the airport.

We had a spacious room with a kitchenette and washing machine, and appreciated the wake-up service and quick check-in process for $355.
